Pursuant to city law (Section 2-814 of the Atlanta Code of Ordinances), City of Atlanta elected officials, certain city employees, city-appointed board members, executive directors, and certain NPU officers are required to file a City Financial Disclosure Statement disclosing outside employment, sources of income, real estate interests and transactions with the City for each year they serve and in the year after they leave city service. 

The 2023 City Financial Disclosure filing season begins on March 1, 2023 with Statements due this year on April 3, 2022.
