2021 City Financial Disclosure Season Begins on March 1, 2021
Required filers will receive notice of the filing requirement by letter and email for those with an updated email on file with the City. Please note that the deadline to file the 2021 Statement is April 1, 2021.
To access the electronic filing system: starting on March 1, 2021, please go to cityofatlanta.ethicsfilingportal.com and follow the instructions provided in your Notice to File letter.

2021 City of Atlanta Municipal Elections
The City’s Code of Ethics bans the use of city property for private advantage. To assist elected officials, employees, and candidates for municipal office, the Ethics Division has established guidelines which apply to the use of city property during campaigns. ABOUT THE ETHICS DIVISION:
The Ethics Division is an independent city office within the Office of the Inspector General. Led by the City Ethics Officer, this Division is charged with bringing the City into compliance with the Code of Ethics (Standards of Conduct) and instilling a culture of ethics and integrity within city government.
