Elected city officials, certain city employees, city board members, executive directors, and certain NPU officers are required to file a City Financial Disclosure Statement disclosing sources of income and transactions with the City for each year they serve and in the year after they leave city service. Pursuant to City law (Section 2-814 of the Code of Ethics), the 2018 City Financial Disclosure filing season opens on March 1, 2018 with Statements due this year on April 2, 2018.
