ATTENTION: Due to current events surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the deadline to timely file the 2020 City Financial Disclosure Statement has been extended to April 15, 2020. The grace period to file without penalty has been extended to May 1, 2020

The Ethics Office staff is available by phone and email to assist and answer your questions related to filing all ethics reports (see below).

*Please note: While the Atlanta City Hall building is currently closed as a precautionary measure to help curb the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Ethics Office continues to operate remotely. The Office staff is available by phone and email during regular city hours in order to answer your ethics questions and assist with city ethics matters. Contact the Ethics Office

The Ethics Division is an independent city office within the Office of the Inspector General. Led by the City Ethics Officer, this Division is charged with bringing the City into compliance with the Code of Ethics (Standards of Conduct) and instilling a culture of ethics and integrity within city government.
