Pat Upshaw-Monteith was appointed by the Atlanta-Fulton County League of Women Voters following the tenure of De'Lonn Brown. Ms. Upshaw-Monteith is the President and CEO of Leadership Atlanta.  In this capacity, she has capably steered Leadership Atlanta to the position of excellence it now enjoys. She has actively participated in the present and future growth of Atlanta by imparting to new generations of leaders the legacy of values that have traditionally been central to Metropolitan Atlanta’s success. She earned a master’s degree from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor’s degree from Albany State University.

Jessica Stern was appointed by the Atlanta Bar Association following the tenure of Caroline Johnson Tanner; who formerly served as Chair of the Board. Ms. Stern is the Managing Partner and Owner of STERN Law, LLC. Blending her experience from years as a public defender and then as an Associate with the white-collar defense firm, Kish and Lietz, P.C., Ms. Stern specializes in criminal defense; immigration deportation defense; reformative justice; appeals; rehabilitative programs; Georgia sentencing issues; and Padilla consultations. She holds a law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida.
